- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Karen Shurtluff is a TERRIBLE!!! person and landlord. Keep away from her and don’t even try to rent her apartment. She’ll enter to your apartment when every single day when you’re away, she’ll search in your private things, she’ll turn off the power, running water and the heat. She’ll keep your mail for weeks.No A/C in summer time! After all she’ll sue you that you ‘broke’ her already broken things.....
